How do I log into my HCA facility scheduler? ›

In order to use the scheduler, your computer must use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. Step 1: Visit the HCA Facility Scheduler website or app. Step 2: Enter your “Username”, “Password” and “Domain” in the respective field. Step 3: Click on the “Login” button to log in to the facility scheduler account.
